    Infrastructure as code & observability

Most recently I’ve gone deep on infrastructure automation. I use Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage AWS resources and to make deployments fully automated. I’ve collaborated with teams to migrate client services, and taken end-to-end ownership of building images and shipping to production with a much deeper level of responsibility.

Alongside that, I built out observability — logging, metrics, and tracing — so systems are understandable in production.

Stack: Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Docker, Go, Python, Shell, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, Grafana.

Focus: infrastructure-as-code, cloud resource management, service migrations, and observability across logging, metrics, and tracing.

    Operations & deployment at scale

I started my career on an operations team supporting engineering teams in the healthcare space, working at large scale. I helped maintain Java services and owned the end-to-end deployment path — learning how software actually gets from a build to production and stays healthy there.

Stack: Java, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins).

Focus: keeping large-scale services running, end-to-end deployments, and the kind of real-world problem-solving that only comes from supporting production.

Where it started — learning the fundamentals

My college years were about building a solid foundation. I focused on the fundamentals of computer science and got hands-on by building full-stack CRUD applications, mainly with Java and Python — front to back, from the database up to the UI.

Stack: Java, Python, full-stack CRUD apps.

Focus: learning the fundamentals and understanding how a complete application fits together end to end.
